Our View On Supplements
After having spent over 30 years in this business, I can honestly tell you that a ton of supplements or even supplements alone is never the answer from my experience.
If you are someone who is not well and you are overloaded with various toxins, your body is using whatever means possible to get that message across to you. People are becoming more chronically ill and a lot faster now than they did years ago.
When your body is not able to absorb nutrients and vitamins from what you are consuming and you are constantly losing energy because of the environments you are in and stress, what makes you think that your body will be able to do well by taking a ton of supplements?!
There are important steps in order to help your body heal.
A healthy body is able to detoxify itself by normal excretory activities: stool, urine, perspiration. When the toxicity level increases, the body will increase eliminative symptoms to remove from the body: diarrhea and vomiting.
When the body cannot excrete or gets overwhelmed, as a substitute reaction
occurs “internatl excretion”. Fever, increased white blood cells, flushing and
even pain. The body tries to “digest” the toxins, to make them into a form
that it can remove.
When the body cannot remove or digest the toxins, it will store them away.
When it does that, it impacts the liver, cardiovascular, vascular. Hello
hypertension, high cholesterol, diabetes, muscle and joint pain.
What happens next is that the toxins get inside the cells, increasing the free
radicals. (free radicals can be found in the food we eat, the medicines we take, the air we breathe and the water we drink) This type of cellular damage leads to thyroid disorders, diabetes and cardiac problems and hormonal disorders.
All these steps take a great amount of energy from your body to execute. Intoxication of the cells over a long period of time results in cellular damage and tissue degeneration. This is the point in your life where you will struggle to define and answer a question of “Who am I?”.
